Cancellation Policy
At Oxford M+A, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We ask that all clients respect our therapists’ time and the schedules of other clients by providing timely and reasonable notice of any cancellations or reschedules.
Same-day cancellations, same-day rescheduling, or failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
By booking an appointment and providing your card information — whether online, over the phone, or in person — you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy and authorize Oxford Massage & Aesthetics to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. You further agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any charges applied in compliance with this policy.
