Cancellation Policy

At Oxford M+A, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We ask that all clients respect our therapists’ time and the schedules of other clients by providing timely & reasonable notice of cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full (100% of the scheduled service). Same-day rescheduling is treated the same as a same-day cancellation.
